Central Christian Church

This church near the corner of W. Bellfort and S. Post Oak loves the diverse community of Southwest Houston and lives their faith into it. The pulpit reflects this diversity, offering a multitude of voices (both male and female in the image of God) and many perspectives on the word and the will of God. Come and see; come and taste (the Lord is good!) and this church feeds both spiritually and physically hungry. Cafe Grace on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and a Sunday morning breakfast at 9:00 a.m. Solitude. Community. Service. "We will meet people on common ground and journey together to the higher ground of Christ Jesus, our Lord." Full disclosure: My husband and I have been a part of this congregation almost 50 years. Change is a good thing! It's called growth. We'd love to have anyone visit and maybe decide to journey with us.

This has been my home church for 14 years. They have been my family and support through many trials. A very accepting and open minded community.
