He is the worst lawyer ever! He is only behind your money and very dishonest. He doesn’t remember your case and repeats the same thing again and again to add meter to your bills. He just keeps talking unrelated matters to add to your bills. He doesn’t care about your case, he cares about how much he can drag your case and get the max money from you. He ruined my case and I lost a lot! He doesn’t respond to any of your emails, he will just talk over the phone or will call you in office to discuss so nothing goes on record for him. The moment you go to his office, he will ask you to pay more. For simple medical related question, he took 3 months to respond and finally I had to fire him. He charged me 9k for 6 revisions of divorce decree, and when I asked him for all 6 copies he never provided. There were only 2 revisions and hardly any changes, but still charged 9k by showing he worked for many hours. I can write a whole book about him! If there were 0 stars, I would have picked that.

When I hired Mr. Eric Schmidt as my divorce attorney I was going through a very difficult period of my life. Eric was very thorough at navigating the legal intricacies of a complicated contested divorce process as we collected mountain of required documentation, and he landed very favorable temporary terms on my behalf. At the same time Eric worked with me leaving a door open for a very remote chance of reconciliation. As we moved ahead with the legal proceedings for several months, things evolved to the point that we had the divorce case dismissed and the family was back together. Although this is not the typical divorce case outcome, I wanted to emphasize the human aspect of Eric and his team during the whole process. I was not just a customer in the pipeline of a court system, I was a human being that was treated with empathy and compassion, in addition to being provided with excellent legal advice.
