I hardly leave a review. But right now I’m just too tired for this. I got my car 6 months ago. About 3 months later, I started have issues with it. Took it to Honeywell. Apparently my transmission was a mess. Even the mechanic admitted that the car was already faulty when I got it! Thank God he was able to fix it! After almost one month waiting to get it fixed. Guess what? I’m having issues with this car again! I want to ask Shabana motors, is this fair? Is that how you treat people? We are all working really hard to live ok. We all have families, kids we work hard to take care of. I don’t know about you all. But you have no idea what I and my family have been through for you to sell a car that’s already damaged to me. Plus I’m making payments biweekly. And I bet you will shut this car off if I miss a payment! There’s no one to even speak to about this situation. At this point I’ll leave you all to your fate. If you feel good doing this to people so be it! Also remember, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!

Bought my Mercedes Benz gle 350 from them 8 months ago and two days after purchase the check coolant light started coming on . I kept going back every week or two for them to add coolant and this is what I have been having to do to keep the car cool . I’m currently paying them $800 a month this is a rip off I’ve been asking to exchange or sale the car back to them since I got it and they refuse . They keep sending me to their mechanic and the mechanic said that my motor is blown . I took it to Mercedes and they told me that the coolant and the oils is mixing together running through the cars system. They also told me that the problem would be very expensive seeing that the coolant also has a really bad leak .They recommended that I take the car back to Shabana and either trade out or sell it back but Shabana is refusing to help me . This is very unethical and very misfortunate that I have to drive under unsafe conditions like this with my children. I have been telling Shabana about this since the first week I bought the car they don’t care as long as they get paid .

When I walked in i could already feel the energy in the air that you could feel from everyone, and I was spoken to very quickly upon the first steps in the door, to see how I could be helped. Thank you, Danish for helping me get my first new car and thank you, Mrs. Shawn For helping me get all the paperwork sorted and keeping company while we were waiting. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, they have great options and can help you find what your looking for!!

If you go to Shabana motors ask for T, he helped us get the car that I needed and it didn't take very long. He was so nice and he listened to everything that I needed I'm so pleased with my car. Thia place really does help everyone! The first place I went to I don't think they were going to give me a car loan but when I got there T made sure I got a car ! I love my car! All their cars are nice with low mileage! Ask for T!
