It was an honor to have Ryan come out and hook up my utility sink, on Wednesday, on June 3, 2026. He was very professional and took care the project in great fashion. He prices were reasonable. I will definitely reach out to Brazos Plumbing for other work that I have in the future and I also recommend their work to my friends and family! My wife will be returning home today and I wanted this project completed before she came back. Ryan did great! On, June 9, 2026, I called Brazos, to request Ryan again, to come out give me a quote on replacing some shower heads. I received a text that Ryan would be out the next day (June 10), around 10am to 12pm. That morning, I received a text, that Austin was coming at around 9am to 11am. I called the office and they conveyed that Ryan was booked. I texted Austin to let him know that my wife would meet with him. I received a call from my wife that she had cancelled the appointment, because the technician didn't seem as though they knew how to install, the shower head that we had. Also, she felt the costs was too high, due to the work that was being asked to do. Unless, I can get Ryan to come out and do any work that I need, I won't be using this organization again. Thanks Ryan!

I highly recommend Brazos Plumbing. Johnny came out today and did a fantastic job replacing two bathroom faucets and installing a brand-new kitchen faucet. He even went ahead and replaced the supply lines as well to ensure everything was fresh and leak-free. Johnny was professional, efficient, and very thorough. It’s great to have everything working perfectly again—top-notch service. I'll definitely be using them again for future plumbing projects!

We had a good experience with Brazos Plumbing. We had a broken sewer line, and Martin was efficient, prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. His cost estimate was reasonable, and he remained accessible throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and addressing any questions we had. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

Martin did a phenomenal job. It didn't take 2 minutes to see what the issue was. Reasonable cost didn't try to upgrade the visit. I'm upgrading my homes appliances monthly and I think I know what company will get the contract.
