Trey did a great job for me in listening to me & my concerns, then analyzing & diagnosing the issues... and as he worked & uncovered more of the environment (more data) he was able to alter one of his initial diagnosis and move in an entirely new direction. In reality, we thought the pressure difference was due to a blower motor but in essence, it was a physical issue with the immediate insulation of the plenum tubing. All the time, Trey was keeping me informed and checking in with me to see if I had questions. I really appreciated his knowledge & integrity in dealing with my AC issues. I wholeheartedly would recommend Trey & Bradbury Brothers... remembering something Trey said to me in passing... and I am paraphrasing here... we do things the right way always. That is a great moto not just to say but to actually do & witness firsthand. I am a Director of IT for a global IT company and I always look for qualities demonstrated by Trey & his company. Great job gentlemen.

Zach and his apprentice were on time (early) and very professional. I had already found the leak on my water supply line from the street, so it was more of a problem in figuring the best way of accomplishing the repair. They came back with the correct parts and did the proper repair, ensuring there was no leak at the point of the original leak, but also that there weren’t further leaks inside my house ( by watching the meter). They provided some good info on other preventative maintenance for my plumbing system as well. Thank you Bradbury brothers for fitting me quickly into your schedule quickly and allowing my family to get back to normal in a timely manner.

Alex Rodriguez and his apprentice from Bradbury Brothers did an excellent job today Thursday 12-11/25. I am very pleased! Alex answered a lot of questions and was very helpful and courteous. I’m so happy to have the repairs completed. Work done: flushed the hot water heater, installed new toilet, installed garbage disposal, installed new kitchen faucet, installed new bathroom faucet, and installed bathtub plate.

We are not all the way done with this job but I have to credit your employee John Ramirez!!!! Usually I prefer to find smaller plumbing companies but I have been so impressed by Bradbury Brothers and more specifically John!! He has gone out of his way to make things very understandable and has answered lots of my questions. He is polite, level headed and has time to listen and explain. He has found us a great solution and although it’s costing us slightly more he has used his knowledge and relationship with the tankless boiler supplier and got us a better solution. Hopefully the next part goes just as smoothly!! He is dealing with an owner and tenants and has handled everything with patience and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Luke Wilson. He assisted me with my HVAC concerns and was extremely thorough from start to finish. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained my options in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving. His customer service and expertise really stood out. Highly recommend!
