Worst trailers ever. I have a 2015 27 ft trailer that has failed twice on the aluminum i beams and had to have repaired. Mclain salesman acknowledged it was a bad design with the supports attached to the i beams causing breakage. The fenders were the absolute worst thing i have seen done yet. They cut vertical slots in the mounts for the fender sides so that when a screw backs off a bit the whole thing just falls off. Now i have bunker supports just breaking off . Absolute worst pos i have ever seen. Save your money and go with Magnum trailers

This place was great. Good reviews that are true. Needed to replace 2 axles and the whole suspension on my boat trailer and they walked me through the whole process had them custom built the next day and answered my questions when I called while installing. Very courteous and great customer service....

Great Trailers, Great Service! I worked with Greg with a new trailer for a somewhat unknown imported boat, they built it based on drawings, then once the boat arrived, they did a fantastic job adjusting it to properly fit. Greg was communicative, accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The trailer itself is excellent quality, tows great. Before McClain, I was considering going to Florida to find some cheaper used options, but I'm glad I didn't - the included adjustment service is worth its weight in gold and the quality of the trailers is much better than the alternatives I was looking at before. Highly recommended, they went above and beyond, and I can't speak highly enough to both the trailers and service.

I went to McClain trailers to look at Spartan mowers and dealt with a guy named Anthony and let me tell you he took care of everything. Also I highly recommend Spartan mowers I love my machine I've been using it for about a month month-and-a-half. So if you in need of a good mower or just simply a trailer deal with a guy named Anthony he will take care of you but I'm sure the other employees will also. UPDATE.... 1/2021 LOVE THIS MOWER!!! 11/2021 still love my mower!! Update .... 12.27.2021 Found out McClain trailers no longer sell or service Spartan mowers... kinda sucks considering the location is near me. Now I have to drive over an hour to the nearest dealer if I have any issues while under warranty. Update 8.12.2024 I am so glad I bought this mower but one thing I will say is this .... best blades I have found for this mower is Oregon G5 gator blades. Also I am on 3rd touch pad that kinda sucks but I mow an average 4 acres a week.

Broke a leaf spring on a 4 hour trip in the middle of Houston. Called McClain and they sent us to Greg. He got us fixed up with new axles, hubs, etc. and back on the road within 3 hours. Him and his guys even stayed a bit late on a Friday to get us back on our way. Hard to find this type of customer service these days! Thank you so much Greg and team!! We are so thankful for your service! 🤩
