Broke a leaf spring on a 4 hour trip in the middle of Houston. Called McClain and they sent us to Greg. He got us fixed up with new axles, hubs, etc. and back on the road within 3 hours. Him and his guys even stayed a bit late on a Friday to get us back on our way. Hard to find this type of customer service these days! Thank you so much Greg and team!! I’ve been a McClain customer for many years, even though it’s quite a long drive for me. Over the past few years, my 20-year-old trailer started falling apart, so I gradually replaced the axles and beams. However, after the last service, the replacement axle broke less than a year later. I brought it back in to find out why it failed so soon. At that point, I was tired of all the stress and frustration, so I told the manager that depending on what they found, I was even willing to buy a new trailer. Later, Scott—the manager—called me to explain the issue. He said they would replace the part at no cost and assured me that my trailer was still in good shape, so there was no need to spend money on a new one. I really appreciate that honesty—it’s rare to find a company that doesn’t try to upsell you when they could.

Worst trailers ever. I have a 2015 27 ft trailer that has failed twice on the aluminum i beams and had to have repaired. Mclain salesman acknowledged it was a bad design with the supports attached to the i beams causing breakage. The fenders were the absolute worst thing i have seen done yet. They cut vertical slots in the mounts for the fender sides so that when a screw backs off a bit the whole thing just falls off. Now i have bunker supports just breaking off . Absolute worst pos i have ever seen. Save your money and go with Magnum trailers

This place was great. Good reviews that are true. Needed to replace 2 axles and the whole suspension on my boat trailer and they walked me through the whole process had them custom built the next day and answered my questions when I called while installing. Very courteous and great customer service....
