Boat Engine Repair

DO NOT COME THERE. this place does not keep their word. I brought my boat to them and only wanted one piston bored and replaced, they told me they can do that and give me a price later. when they gave me a price they told me I have to have a lot done to the motor, making it a whole engine rebuild. (which i told them i did not want) and charged me way more than I can afford. MAKE SURE you know there is a teardown And diagnose fee (i did know that). they will not tell you this unless you ask, they do not put it back together if you do not like their price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! their customer service is terrible as well.

I had some service issues and needed maintenance on my Evinrude G2. They got me into the shop in a reasonable time. Joe diagnosed my issues and in a couple of days had the hard-to-find parts on the way. I was given options and costs on all repairs before hand and work was done at the price and delivery time promised. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Awesome guys and extremely helpful. Ame looking for trim motor parts and he went out of his way to make sure I got those parts and how to repair it.

These folks are the best!! Don’t believe anything you read that is negative about this place! It is the ONLY boat shop that I will take my boat too! Have you ever been to a restaurant and used the bathroom in the back and found out that the Kitchen looks like Sh!t? That’s a great indication of how they run their business. Now ask Stone and sons to use their bathroom! What you will see is every part that is known to be in a boat is categorized on shelves. You will be amazed! This is why they are so good as they never have to “wait” for a boat part to come in to finish the repair on your boat! My boat had many issues as it has been in storage for 6 years. The boat was up and running in 3 days. And the price was a VERY fair price which led to a very healthy tip to the Mechanic! This is family owned and run. You will not be disappointed!

Do not go to get your boat fixed here . This is the worst boat place ever I first spoke to the owner jack and he said that they will be able to fix my boat and when I got there with a 30 foot boat, they turned me around saying that they’re not able to do it and I confirmed with him multiple times. Do you know how to work on a 5.7 Volvo penta he say yes he called me previously. He said he couldn’t work on it but now all of a sudden, when the money got low he decided to give me a call so when I came there, he wasn’t able to do it so he made me drag my 30 foot boat down there just for him to tell me no him and his son have no customer service at all. Do not recommend going here at all
