Dear readers, I have been meaning to let you know about Blo Bar…the location is so convenient, and easy to park. I love walking in and looking at all the goodies they have to sell while waiting for my stylist. I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I am always pleased with my results. They wash your hair so well, and use excellent products. Nina has been styling my hair recently and she’s excellent, but honestly they are all good. Diana was wonderful as well, and I unfortunately can’t remember the others who have done my hair, but no one missed the mark, especially with my thick curly/frizzy hair. If you have a special occasion, are in town and want a refresher, or just need a change you can’t go wrong at Blo. They also have fantastic make up artists to doll you up for any occasion.

Love the blow dry bar. Penny is the BEST! She has been doing my hair for a long time and it’s always perfect and she is also super fast! Makes it work so well for a busy schedule with lots of kids to get in and out of there. LOVE Penny!!

Darrian was my stylist for a South Asian wedding I was attending and she styled my hair two days in a row. I have fine, thinning hair and needed to conceal my extensions in my style and she not only did that and gave me confidence but she also did two completely different styles complementing my outfits. She did all that but held space for me in in conversation and community. She was not only therapy for my hair but for myself as well. I am so grateful to have met her and completely trusted her with my hair. Can't wait to visit Blo Blow Dry Bar next time I visit Houston!
