Krystal is AMAZING! She always gets my balayage perfect — the blend, the tone, everything. She really knows what she’s doing and makes my hair look so soft and natural every single time. On top of that, she’s super sweet, professional, and easy to talk to. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair.

I finally found someone I trust! Krystal does amazing work and really cares about what you want and makes great recommendations. I always feel really comfortable. It was always hard for me to stay loyal to a stylist, but I have been going to Krystal for around 5 years now.

Krystal did my color (highlift) and cut on a recent visit to this salon. She was very thorough in her consultation process and I was beyond happy with he final result. She achieved a great natural blonde color and was very detailed with the haircut. I have had so many compliments on my hair since this appointment. The salon has an online booking system that’s easy to use and often visit the salon for blow outs. Alejandra does a great job! I highly recommend Krystal and Alejandra if you’re looking for a new salon/stylist.

I came here because my hair stylist was out of town. I booked a month in advance and I called the day before I was booked to confirm my reservation. When the receptionist answered, she did not recall my reservation. The person who took my reservation did not put it in the books. I needed to go to a wedding. This hairstyle was because I was a part of the wedding. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to squeeze me in 15 minutes after my actual appointment. As I arrived on time, the stylist made me wait 15 minutes after my new appointment time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional if you ask me. I asked for a copycat style, but the look was very tight. I asked for loose and soft style just like the photo and it was not the same whatsoever. Thankfully, for my first time I was able to get 10% off, and the price wasn't too much, but I wouldn't come here again for a style. I'll look into getting my hair colored when the time is right.
