My rating is not specific for Galleria branch. Their staff Tom and Ena are very helpful to my concerns. Their logistics system and couriers are horrible!!!! Best Buy in general inconvenienced me. 2/21, I received a defective GE Profile refrigerator with an error code and a GE Profile washer that leaked underneath. Immediately, I went to Best Buy Galleria and requested a replacement. The replacements were scheduled for delivery 3/7. Fast forward 3/7, the replacement washer was doing good. The contractor took my fridge to their truck but he found out that the refrigerator that was supposed to be for me was installed in a wrong house! They went to that other customer’s house to pick up the correct fridge. While they are on the way to the customer’s house, I called and informed the delivery guy that I want them to return and reinstall the original defective fridge inside my house and I refuse the “new” refrigerator that they took from someone else’s house. They arrived at my house and installed the “new” refrigerator even if I instructed them to bring back the original one. They are saying “this is not defective, the other family has not used it and have not registered the warranty or in the app.” They even attempted to have me take that “new” fridge saying “it might take months for another replacement.” I would consider that item used item. Correct me if I’m wrong but if we paid a brand new unit, we expect a brand new unit and not a product that was installed in somebody else’s house, loaded up a truck, and unloaded of the truck not in a box. Best Buy in general needs to train their delivery staff to be more attentive especially with essential and large items so as to not inconvenience the customer.

BLESSED BUY!! Yo yo this is the BEST, most BLESSED BY FAR BEST BUY! We got a whole bunch of new gear and had no credit, Armando told us about this HOOKUP with PROGRESSIVE LEASING and we walked out with a MACBOOK, NINTENDO SWITCH, and more! We had some trouble with the original application, and Armando stayed with us the WHOLE time, & even spoke with the lady on the phone for us! He would not let us leave without our new gear! And lo and behold we got that instantly approved and walked out happier people. Thanks to Armando, and his dedication to stay almost 30 minutes after store closing, that was no necessary at all, we felt well cared for and respected by the employees. We are all people and Armando showed us what’s up!

Customer service needs to improve a tick. However, Christopher was on it! He saw me waiting and jumped into action. He asked for the right person to help and when they took their time, he done it himself! That's what I'm talking about! Thank you Chris!

I visited the store to purchase a new laptop and left with a 75” Sony Bravia TV, Sony Soundbar and Subwoofer, a PS5 Pro and of course, a new HP laptop. There were numerous sales associates available in all departments but the showstopper was Moe Elias. I recommend him to anyone buying Home Theatre. He is very product knowledgable and also knows all the best deals. He measured my SUV for fit so I could leave the store with the items I chose and not wait a few days for the free delivery. There was a Sony rep in the store to answer all the complicated questions I had about the products. Really a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!
