Uptown Appliance did a great job and we’re very pleased with how everything was handled. Kevin was outstanding. Extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. He took the time to explain the repair, made sure everything was installed correctly, and confirmed the dryer was fully working before leaving. Any issues we previously experienced were properly addressed and resolved. The level of customer service and attention to detail made a big difference, and we truly appreciate the care taken to make things right. Highly recommend. Definitely will be using Kevin again!

Uptown installed a new under counter kitchenaid ice maker for me about 7 months ago. That experience was great. My last ice maker was my worst enemy so I wanted to do everything right this time, and I definitely came away feeling they expertly installed th machine. It was now time for the machine to be cleaned and once again I wanted to do it right. Uptown’s appointment process was pretty easy, though they did give me a window of 8-3. The technician, Anthony, did send me a message 15-20 minutes before he showed up so that was really nice. I’ve tried to clean ice machines and I’ve seen ice machines cleaned so I have some idea what to expect. Anthony did a thorough job in a timely manner. He answered my questions and was polite and professional (and even friendly towards the dog!). I won’t hesitate to call Uptown and Anthony again whenever my appliance needs come up.

Hector did an absolutely superb job in fixing my refrigerator. Being without a refrigerator for almost one week was an absolute nightmare, but uptown were quick to identify the problem before sending Hector to come in and swiftly fix my refrigerator. I am very thankful for all his help and I will definitely be looking for his services again.

He was careful, took his time, and ensured everything was done correctly from start to finish. Any prior concerns were handled and fixed, and the communication throughout was excellent. Oscar from uptown came and was able to fix an ongoing icemaker issue that no other company was able to fix, we had about 4 other companies before uptown and none of them could get the noise on our hoshisaki icemaker fixed, óscar came and was very dedicated and took his time to understand the problem and solved the issue within 30 minutes. I’m extremely impressed with the company and how excellent Oscar carried himself, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. You get what you pay for! Will highly recommend uptown to everyone on my HOA
