I visited this place for the first time about 5 years ago and for the second time yesterday. It was wonderful to return on a weekday this time, experiencing way less people and therefore having the ability to walk around more slowly to appreciate the beautiful meaning, history, and architecture here. The volunteer guides were super kind to ask us if we had any questions and then tell us a ton of additional information about the temple, about Hinduism as a whole, and about future events. We also didn't know there's a gift shop on site so we went to check it out and buy some frozen Indian food that we're looking forward to gfying. We appreciated the ability to come in and visit and learn and we look forward to returning!

Transport yourself to another time and place. Visited New Year’s Eve before Devali. Majestic limestone and marble from Turkey and Italy hand carved in India and reassembled here in Texas over many years. The craftsmanship must be seen in person - it’s even more impressive inside (no pictures). Friendly staff will offer info and history to those who are curious to learn more.

Great place very clean very pure you feel at peace. You can easily sit and meditate on the Italian marble floor entire temple is made and carved with Italian marble and took almost 3000 craftsmen to build this unique temple. It is a must visit if you have not yet. The prayer starts at around 7 p.m. please complete little early so you can visit and enjoy the beautiful temple. This place has a gift shop where you can purchase articles and historical education. There is also a restaurant where they serve fresh snacks, and food, which you can purchase at a very minimal cost. There is also kids playground here, which is very safe and very clean .
