Very good experience here! Easy to set an appointment, got to speak with other customers while here, and just a fraction of Safelite quote - with a warranty! Had a chance to speak with Greg and he’s really knowledgeable about the work and the whole business.

Auto Glass Now is truly the best! The whole team is friendly, outgoing, and professional, and they always make you feel like the customer comes first. I had some issues with my windshield—not because of the company, but because my “diva” car required manufacturer glass. Even with that challenge, they went above and beyond to get everything approved and taken care of. Chris, Freddy, and their manager Greg were absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. Their patience, communication, and dedication really stood out. I’m extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs quality service and a team that genuinely cares.

The Crew here are awesome. They are fast and willing to help. The wait was not long. The have a clean facility with plenty out visible outlets. They did a wonderful with my car. Will recommend to other!

Greg provided phenomenal customer service! The dealership brought the wrong windshield and wanted to bring the correct one the next day. Greg insured me that the job would be same day even if Auto Glass Now needed to go and pick it up from the dealership. I got my car back same day and my windshield looks great!

The Westhiemer location was great, worth the hour drive from Humble. The price for windshield replacement and calibration was several hundred dollars less than safelite. I took my Yukon there after Safelite refused to replace a defective windshield. Turns out Safelite just has their "expert" declare that a stress fracture is "impact damage" and the distortion is "normal". The AGN windshield is clear and perfectly calibrated for the safety features and heads up display. The manager, Greg, has his act together. Which is good because the "upper management " of AGN rescheduled my appointment three hours after I made it, then when Greg reaffirmed it, someone named "upper management " cancelled my appointment on Saturday. It took seven phone calls over several hours Monday morning to get the appointment back. The "upper management " said their phone system was having problems. Perhaps the worst part of the experience was the constant stream of cryptic text messages saying just "call to reschedule " with no further explanation. So if you need your windshield replaced and try to work through AGN customer service, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. If you call and just speak with Greg, you will have a professional, hassle-free excellent experience. Five stars for Greg and his team, less than zero stars for customer service.
