Okay, this is actually a revised review, to give a proper warning about receiving work at this shop. I'll give a brief description of the work that was done and then go into the important stuff. The owner, a gentleman named Sergio, was the person I dealt with after the fact. The gentlemen before that was actually his brother, a very nice guy. I dropped our new car off for ppf and decided to get front tint also. It was total about $3,000. Upon receiving the car back, there were several small issues that were pointed out (and never documented by the shop). I was away for work for about 9 months and upon return I found there was massive amounts of dust under the tint and ppl, and also the edges of the PPF were peeling. I went to the shop and had to make an appt to meet with Sergio, the owner. At first he was suspicious about my claims, which was understandable. So we made an appt for me to meet with him. Upon our second appt, he confirmed that the job was done well below standards on BOTH the tint and PPF. He did offer to remove and replace some of the PPF and tint, but unfortunately, my confidence in his shop was lost, so I decided not to. That was my choice and I do stand by my decision. I left a true review with one star and and explained my reason for leaving the review. I thought about it long and hard, it wasn't a spontaneous decision to leave a low review. Today I get a call from Sergio. It was hostile to say the least, he was extremely loud, shouting at times. He was clearly upset that I didn't let his shop fix all of the issues and leave a 5 star review. Then he went on to demand I answer why he had 5 star reviews if his shop wasn't a 5 star shop. I explained I almost didn't leave a review and just chalked it up as a loss even though for the amount of money I paid, this shouldn't have been something I had to decide. All the issues should have been taken care of before I received the vehicle back, not after. It's just not good business practice. Sergio went on to rant and rave that I wasn't a real New Yorker (not sure exactly what that means), and I was a coward and acting like a girl for leaving a low review. He said that I should have told him that I was going to do that when I was at his shop. He also threatened me, saying I wouldn't say these things to his face, while someone in the background, that Sergio described "as a real New Yorker" was also screaming obscenities in the background. Im almost 60yo, I'm not in my 20's, 30's or 40's, I don't have time to argue with the owner of a business I paid good money for a service and also the guy in the background who wasn't the owner or the technician that worked on my vehicle, screaming and yelling into the phone. Now I see why he has all 5 star reviews. If I was threatened and yelled at, I wonder who else has been subjected to this type of treatment/behavior! It would have been better to just call and have an adult conversation like a professional, without yelling and screaming, with someone in the background yelling and screaming. And petty insults and threats didn't make the situation any less volatile. I do wish you luck with your new crew and the upgrades to your shop. IN REPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Thank you for the professional response to my review, I appreciate it and truly wish you could have brought the same demeanor and professionalism to our conversation over the phone. I guess I come from a time that when you pay for something, you expect the best job the first time, and I'm sorry if that doesn't fit in today's standards and expectations. As I said, thank you for your offer to redo the one panel and the tint, I just decided to bring my business elsewhere.

SPEECHLESS!!!! I recently got a BMW i5 in a white color and as much as I love the car, the white color didn’t give me what I needed upon delivery. I decided to look into getting it wrapped and got a referral to auto suite and customs from my cousin. I provided just my vision to Julian and Sergio and they were very attentive to what I wanted and the final result was beyond my expectation!!! I’ve also had a chrome delete done with them for my wife’s car which came out incredible as well. These guys genuinely want you to be happy when you leave their shop. Shout out also to Edwen at the front desk for being incredibly professional and helping to answer some questions I had as well. This is probably the best custom shop in the Houston area…highly recommended!!!

This place is amazing!! AutoSuite is very professional and they do an amazing job. I got my vehicle wrapped and my rims and calipers done. Stunning job. The owners are very responsive and communicate with you regularly. They promised to have it done for my birthday and they did. Would definitely recommend this place.
