I've now used Empire for two home projects and cannot express enough just how impressive the entire team is. With our first home, it was an admittedly more simple home audio project for them. They were quick, efficient and helpful in working through the details. Post-installation, we ran into a few issues and not only did Empire remedy them immediately, they improved the system. With our second home project we knew we wanted to turn back to Empire. We were fortunate enough to work with the same Project Manager on this home and it so happened that our home builder preferred to use them as well. A happy coincidence but it speaks to the quality of the team that a reputable home builder uses them for pre-wiring. This project was far more complex and included elements around audio, televisions, networking, auxiliary components, surveilance, security systems, thermostats and home automation. The team walked us through every step and was able to seamlessly integrate with our builder to get pre-wiring and installation taken care of before move-in. The design was flawless, the installation was smooth and the entire team continued to walk us through everything from setup to programming to post-installation service. Since having the home finished, the result has been nothing short of exceptional! All the equipment is functioning perfectly and the results are better than we expected. I would recommend Empire to anyone exploring any home AV project. They can do it all and have experts on the ground to provide the latest in home automation equipment. I continue to be impressed with the entire team - they are best-in-class in all respects and I fully expect to use them for our next home! These guys are great and go above and beyond pre and post install. Bryan specifically has been such a big help always answering my questions in a super fast manner. Don’t hesitate, these guys rock and Bryan especially.

Julio, Eric and Zach were absolute wizards. I had a particularly difficult installation with 4 wireless access points, a camera, and center speaker. I was not sure they would be able to get wires to all the wireless access points. The guys worked hard and were able to get everything installed and when they left the house was better than when they got here. The WiFi is way better, there is no speaker sitting on the mantle, and we can see every package on the porch. Thank you Empire AV.

Empire AV has performed work for our company and family going back seven years. Every tech has been knowledgeable, ethical, kind, professional; from owners to to the new guys. Every interaction has been solid. Examples of work performed include setting up multiple eero mesh networks, multiple TVs, multiple sound systems. Everything works beautifully when they are done. This is money well spent. I don't even take this stuff out of the box anymore. We simply call Empire AV and they set it all up (and it always works!) If you decide to call Empire AV, then you will not regret it.
