I like this dealer. Havnt bought a vehicle from them but I get my Audi serviced here… nice waiting area. Generally no wait when you show up (very fluid and organized). Typical dealer prices in repairs but they almost always have a loaner for me to use which is a huge plus. I’d def buy a car from them in the future if the situation arose.

I am a New Orleans resident who has leased multiple Audi's here locally. Yes New Orleans where we have 3 Audi dealerships within 3 hours of us. Let me tell you, not one could even touch the price or even customer interaction that Sewell provided us from 6 hours away. This isn't a review to bash my local dealers, but more so to show how prompt, and professional Sewell is. Our deal was a little complicated taking an early return lease in, sight unseen, Fed Ex'ing paperwork to the dealership, and getting our new Audi delivered, but it was probably still one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had, and I've had plenty. Our deal was done in 4 hours on a Saturday ( all via text and email mind you), and my wife's new Audi was delivered from Houston by noon on Monday. Huge shout out to Hugo Ochoa and the team at Sewell for making this such a simple and painless experience. Hugo was prompt, professional, and really went to bat for us to get us the best deal possible. Even when Audi tried to over bill us for "end of lease" items, Sewell stepped up and took care of it. Who does that? No fight, no arguments, just a simple text to Hugo, and it was handled. Give these guys a shout, you won't be disappointed! They have definitely gained a New Orleans customer here !

The showroom is spacious, modern, and flooded with natural light from large windows that highlight the sleek architecture. The wide selection of models, trims, and colors makes it easy to compare options without having to visit multiple locations. Yet what truly sets this dealership apart is the quality of service. I was greeted by Angel Freitez, whose approach was not only courteous but also highly professional. His deep knowledge of each model, along with financing alternatives, made the process clear and reassuring. Brett, the manager, reinforced this experience with the same professionalism and attentiveness, creating a level of confidence that is hard to find in this industry. In past experiences at other dealerships, I often felt pressured or uneasy, as if the goal was simply to close a quick deal without regard for long-term customer satisfaction. At Audi North Houston, the opposite was true. Angel and Brett both understood that loyalty comes from transparency, patience, and ensuring the client feels they’ve made the right decision. Here, you feel advised rather than pushed. Buying a car is never a small decision, but this time the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. I was able to explore options at my own pace, with guidance instead of pressure, which made this visit the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Audi North Houston combines modern facilities, an impressive inventory, and above all, a team that values trust and customer relationships. For that reason, I consider it the best dealership I’ve visited in Houston. My thanks to Angel and Brett for turning a normally complicated process into a positive and memorable experience. I will certainly return and recommend this dealership to others seeking professional and honest service.

So…..I wanted to do something extra nice for wifey. I came in and met with Hugo (Audi Sales Rep) and we hit it off. I told him my lease ends in April but was looking to entering in another lease. That process was easy and seamless. Now here’s where it took a turn. Hugo and I came up with a great idea to surprise wifey. He calls her up and tells her to come in due to a recall. She said “yes of course” and agreed on the day and time. She shows up, drops the car off and was immediately greeted by Hugo. He talks about her car and the work needed and proceeds to walk to the showroom next door. During this point, wifey still has no idea. Once in the showroom, she sees 3 cars that I think she would like. We set it up for her to choose any car on the lot but figured one of these three would get the job done. She picks a car (guess), and they move it to the other showroom and sneak a gift basket for her. Full disclosure I bought the champagne and wine but Hugo got the gift basket and goodies. Needless to say. Big thumbs up to Hugo and Sewell for making the experience fun! I recommend meeting/having Hugo help you with your car buying/leasing experience. They went above and beyond.

I just bought a new car from Sewell Audi North Houston (the fourth new car I've purchased from Sewell) and the experience was outstanding. Jon Niskanen in Sales did an excellent job -- no pressure, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the car. I'm also confident that I'll get great service at Sewell on my cars in the coming years. Andrew Kochman is an outstanding service advisor. I've been bringing my cars to him for years, and I can always count on him to give me straighforward, honest advice. I keep cars for a long time, and it's great to have a service advisor I can trust. Andrew and Jon exemplify the top-quality customer service that keeps me coming back to Sewell.
