I'm not pleased with this firm. First and foremost. Me the client had to bring compliance to my commercial trucking case. It was a nightmare dealing with this firm. Let's just say, working with them added to my healing brain injury.... there are like 12 things/issues but I will save time and not list it online... yes we settled but no where close to my case value. Not pleased. My experience with this firm is that they don't fully value the clients interest. They seem to value the relationship with the defense more in my humble opinion! I believe they talk well but are really weak when it comes to compliance and forcing the defense to adhere to the law.

They did an excellent job handling my first collision, making sure I received the medical care I needed and securing a settlement that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this firm. They worked on a 30% contingency before litigation and were very transparent throughout the process. Because of the great experience, I trusted them again to represent me after my second collision (there are way too many reckless drivers out there). When my case required litigation, they didn’t hesitate to refer it to experienced litigation counsel to make sure I was fully protected and treated fairly. These cases do take time and can be frustrating at moments, but that’s part of the process. If you’re looking for a firm that genuinely looks out for your best interests, this is the one!!:)
