Anchor Roofing

Anchor did a TPO roofing job for me about four years ago. It was still under warranty when I called several times in reference to a possible leak issue, which Victor said was not a problem with the roof. Last month when it became obvious the roof did (it has been repaired at this point) have a leak and that leak was the same issue since I last spoke with Anchor, I left messages with Victor again to return my call, which he did not. Unfortunately, this was no surprise to me because this wasn't the first, or even second or third, time that he failed to communicate with me. In the end I went with another roofer, who repaired the leak with warranty. In sum, poor communication, failure to fix the problem while still under warranty, and giving the run around to a customer that trusted the service would be done right... I hope that explains it.

In August, 2021, We hired this company to repair the roof leaks at our apartment complexes. 95% of the repair they made on our roofs are still leaking on the NEXT DAY after the repair with the first rain. They gave us 12 month warranty. They are not answer and returner calls for warranty. We think this company is a scam. We do not recommend any one to use them for any roof repair or replacement. We had paid them 50% of the contract price and we were able to timely stop payment on the remaining. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or YOU WILL GET BURNED!

Tremendous experience! Victor was easy to work with and provided a prompt proposal. The crew that came to perform the work were knowledgeable, careful of our property, and did a great job of repairing our roof.

I had couple of leaks on my business. Did notice much when it rained hard couple of weeks ago. I got it fixed from anchor roofing. Very professional and they gave me couple of options with their merits and demerits. Was very happy for their honesty. Thank u anchor roofing.

I had a leak in my kitchen that continued to getting worse. I called a couple companies for quotes to patch the roof and Anchor was the best price. I had a tricky circumstance and they assured me that they would take care of it. Sure enough these guys took care of everything!!! Extremely pleased with the work. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to others!
