Our Arhaus delivery arrived yesterday. Beyond distribution Houston was the 3rd party carrier. They were efficient, sent text updates, carefully unpacked and set up furniture. Polite, neat and made the experience great. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Delivery team was so friendly and professional. Bernard was in communication with me the entire time , calling to let me know that they were on their way and what time to expect them. They unpacked and placed everything where I wanted and cleaned up and took all the trash away.

It truly was white glove delivery. The guys wore white gloves handling our new furniture. They were conscientious and careful when bringing the pieces inside. They arrived on time and communicated with me along the tracking steps. Thank you!!
