Alamo Rent A Car

The only place to rent a car at Houston Hobby. It’s not that the cars are any different than the other venues. It’s the staff there is absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Kind considerate the shuttle bus drivers the customer service representatives and the people that check you in when you return your car. All superb Special thanks to Hannah, Mesfin in lobby and Ms young at returns. I have rented here many times and these employees are outstanding. Everyone there is great they will do anything they can to help The experience is refreshing. Thank you to Alamo Houston Hobby!!

From the moment I arrived at the front desk, the assistant was incredibly kind and welcoming. The team member in the garage was amazing as well—he helped me quickly with an issue I was having and went above and beyond. The next day, a manager assistant even called me personally to follow up and make sure my problem was fully resolved, which I really appreciated. When I returned my car, the staff who received my vehicle were just as wonderful. Even the driver who took me back and forth on the shuttle was super friendly and helpful. Thank you to the entire Alamo Houston Hobby team—my rental experience was truly excellent from start to finish!

Brea R was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service! The car I booked was not available, so she provided me with a wonderful alternative that worked out awesome. She was very friendly, prompt, and courteous, and her communication was awesome. Gabby at the exit booth was friendly and courteous as well. Kudos to Brea, Gabby and the team at Houston Hobby Alamo. Great as always!!

I had such an amazing experience with Alamo Car Rental! From the moment I walked in to the checkout booth, everything was smooth and pleasant. Brea at the front desk was absolutely awesome, friendly, professional, and super helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the lady at the checkout booth, but she was amazing as well. The entire process was quick and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from Alamo again!

I had a great experience with Alamo Car Rental at Houston Hobby Airport. The pickup process was smooth and hassle-free, and the BMW X3 was clean, up to date, and well maintained. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, and Erin was especially kind, helpful, and informative, which made the experience even better. I will definitely continue renting from this location.
