Airport Parking Lot

Angelina who operates the HOU Ecopark Courtesy shuttle is an absolute gem. She is so kind, respectful, and just a bright ray of sunshine. We arrived at the parking lot at 6am and she greeted us with a warm smile and graciously helped us with our luggage. She was so sweet with our two young girls as well. Can’t say enough great things about her!

OMG! Angelina is so helpful and assisted me being into the eco lot at Hobby Airport after the tag on the company car would not work. She gave me instructions on how to get out done. She has such a beautiful and bubbly personality. She is definitely an employee you'd want representing your company upon guest's arrival. Great job!!!

On my recent trip to Houston I experienced above and beyond customer service with the Ecopark Staff with me leaving my iPad in the shuttle cart. I want to thank Angelina Rucker, Fred, and most importantly Coby Kessler for helping me retrieve my iPad, you guys are awesome! Thanks again!

I want to express how grateful I am to Angelina R.! She was so helpful and kind at my very first experience using Ecopark. She waited for me patiently while I gathered myself, explained how everything worked, gave super helpful tips, and gave me a warm welcome when she found out it was my first time. Angelina Rucker, a great help to me as I was struggling with my luggage this morning at 5:33 am, 10/20/2025. She came by just at the right moment and helped to drive me to the airport entrance. Truly a great service! She was very warm and kind as well! A big asset to the airport!
