Advanced Engine Diagnostics

They could have done a better job. 1. Easy battery replacement but didn't get it right. Battery was propped up and not clamped down. Insisted that there is no clamp. Wrong, they'd let the bar slide down and disappear. I had to point this out. 2. They put a winged nut on the positive terminal, and so the red plastic cover didn't fit. That's fine, just detach. Nope, they completely cut off the cover that I had originally fixed and thrown it in the trash without informing me. 3. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for all the above to get fixed. Anyone else could have done better job, and we feel a bit taken advantage of. Would also have liked more transparent communications. Said he'd call in the morning but didn't, refused to test the voltage the first day and insisted we leave our car overnight which was unnecessary.

I will never ever bring my vehicle to Advance Auto Tech again. Triple A recommended them and they took advantage of a disabled veteran. It was supposed to be 981 dollars and it cost me 2100 dollars and the problem is still not solved. My truck runs bad. In order for my truck to be fixed right it was gonna cost me about an additional grand. They ripped me off.

They were amazing. Another shop completely butchered my radiator and these guys got me right. From now on, any car I have will be serviced by them. Great atmosphere and very communicative and good at explaining what's happening with your car. As a single mom, they really helped restore my peace and solve ALL my problems. If I could give them 10000000 stars I would!

Advanced Auto Tech is a Great!!!! place to take your vehicle to Tony and his crew did an Excellent!!!! job on my 2018 Hyundai, it broke down on me on Tuesday and I got it back on Thursday Thanks Tony to you and your crew

my car was too damaged to even be repaired. the repair cost would have been over the cost of my vehicle. I wasn’t even charged a diagnostic fee or charged for the many days my car sat on their property. If my new car has any issues I will definitely be taking it here.
