Ace Hardware

Stopped into this Ace Hardware today (opening day!!) and had such a great experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked — I found everything I needed without wandering around forever. The staff was the real standout: everyone was friendly, quick to offer help, and knowledgeable! Major callout to the owner, Brian, who was standing up front to greet every new customer and offering a friendly, helping hand. Overall just a super pleasant, easy shopping trip. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Ace Hardware today! Juan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to get customer service that genuinely feels attentive and kind, and he definitely went above and beyond.

So glad to have a local Ace Hardware. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walked me to my product instead of pointing in a general direction. Inventory looked great, especially the fasteners selection. My wife loved the boutique section and they are dog friendly. Overall great experience. Will make this my new go to hardware store. Brand new store that’s super clean and organized. The entire staff and manager Brian were extremely helpful. Not the kind of store you have to look aimlessly help. The staff comes to assist before you even ask. I’ll be back!!

Best Ace Hardware I’ve ever been to. My fiancé and I went in to purchase a grill and Brian helped us. He was so knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect grill. I wanted something that could smoke at low temperatures and could also get hot enough to sear a steak and make Neapolitan style pizza. Brian helped us to pick the Recteq Bullseye which accomplishes everything we were looking to do. They also assembled and delivered our grill.
