This hotel is perfectly settled in humble. Your 2 miles from old city humble. Management is extremely helpful. Kay is actually one of my favorite ones. The maids are helpful and sweet. In my opinion Luara is my favorite. She is spunky and speedy as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! I would not recommend staying here, I checked in & the same night received a towing violation stating that I have to remove my car from the property. She smirked & stated “it’s the law to have your vehicle registered” you’re not the law, you’re manager who had no empathy for your guests, if we want to get real, God doesn’t like ugly! You could be in my situation one day! The backhanded comment about “if you’d like I can make it sound better” blah blah was definitely unnecessary, whoever is in charge on keeping you on payroll should seriously investigate how you handle guests! Also they are no help, I let the front desk attendant know I had a temporary plate on my car & she still took my payment now they’re a no refund policy which I’m not understanding, why pay for a room and I can’t even park my car on the property that I paid for a whole week? This is absolutely unacceptable management! When I first checked in, another guest came downstairs to report flooding of the floor and ac’s not working! Overall my experience was terrible and now im out of my money!

Dear Woodspring Suites Management, I am writing to share my positive experience as a tenant here. My family and I have been staying at Woodspring Suites since November 2025, and we are very happy and feel safe in this community. I want to specifically highlight the exceptional service provided by your staff. Amailia, for one, is absolutely amazing and so understanding. Additionally, Daija, Jason, and Kay Kay have been wonderful to my family and me; they are always attentive and handle any situation professionally and promptly. I also want to recognize the hard work of the housekeepers, Chris and Laura. While I have missed Maritza, the current team has been excellent. Thank you for everything you do. Stay blessed. Best regards, Blanch Briones

If you love a smelly, worn out, front desk attitude, humid room and dirty floors you've found your place. I absolutely waisted my money staying here. The building stinks and so did the room. It was so humid even with the AC on. Just an overall scrappy experience. The only thing good is cheap price. Just spend the extra money to sleep somewhere better.

We didn't even get checked in before the front desk person became so rude that we had to go to another hotel. Wife and I went in to get a room for one night and we asked if they had any king rooms available. Condescendingly told that they don't have king beds. Then demanded that we both had to show ID. I said if I'm going to have to go back to the car for ID that I might as well find another place to stay. She just smiled.
