I had an excellent experience at Imperial Pho. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The pho was the best thing I ordered there. A special thank you to Jackie, who provided amazing service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and professionalism made the experience even better. If you’re looking for some Vietnamese food or halal this is the place to go, also their boba is really good, I recommend the brown sugar. Another shout out to Vivian for being another great waiter for us. These pictures are the food I ate while at imperial pho.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out so quickly, which we really appreciated. The restaurant itself is also super cute, with lovely decorations that made it feel warm and inviting. What truly made our visit special, though, was the service, especially our server, Thu. She was incredibly kind, sweet, and thoughtful, easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. My brother doesn’t like milk tea, but she was kind enough to make him a strawberry milk boba that wasn’t even on the menu and he said it was the best boba he’s ever had! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I used to love this place when I lived nearby, so I was excited to make the drive all the way from Spring to eat here again. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the Mongolian beef, beef noodles, and General Tso’s chicken and spent nearly $60. When I served the first scoop of white rice, a hair came out with it. Finding hair in my food completely ruined my meal and is something that should never happen. On top of that, the rice container wasn’t even filled to the top. It was only about three-quarters full, which felt disappointing considering the price. I made a special trip because I remembered how much I enjoyed this restaurant when I lived down the street. Sadly, the quality and attention to detail did not match my past experiences. For nearly $60, I expected much better.

Great steak, great pan fried beef dumplings. Owner is a gem. Special chili sauce was great. Victoria is as a great host to us. She took care of our order very well.

It's not a vietnamese restaurant. It's a chinese restaurant. Customer service is good. Place is clean. Restroom is clean. Food is ok. $16.67 for 1 spicy korean with rice. $2 extea for a fried rice. Could be 5 stars but i got trapped.
