I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel in Spring again, and I just have to recognize Magdalena for her outstanding service. This was my second time being hosted by her, and she continues to go above and beyond every single time. We stay here at least once every two months, and it always feels like a home away from home. Magdalena is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly makes each visit special. It’s rare to find someone so consistent in delivering such a high level of hospitality. On top of that, the breakfast is always amazing fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Thank you again, Magdalena, for making our stays so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Great service from Mary at the front desk and Maria (breakfast) I enjoyed my stay. Mary took the time to explain everything I need to know about Hilton Honors and made me feel at home. Maria had everything neat and well stocked for breakfast. She kind and even had some wise words to share with me. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

Mrs Magdalena, she's the front desk receptionist well she's the best she made our stay feel like home! Will definitely go back! Breakfast was delicious.

We had a great one night stay at Hampton Inn North Houston Spring. The room was very clean, a top priority for me. I didn't like that in the app I could choose my room but the only room I had to choose was near the elevator on every floor. If I wanted a room away from the elevator, there was an upcharge. Same room type as the one I reserved but the price went up due to location. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for that. I will say we didn't hear noise from the elevator area but that could be because it was a quiet Tuesday night. We left before breakfast so I cannot review. I would stay there again, just wish there were more rooms to choose from at the price point I booked, felt a little like I was being upcharged with the old bait and switch sales tactic

I really enjoy staying at Hampton Inn, and this one is no different. Super clean and spacious rooms, complete breakfast, friendly staff. The digital check in and digital keys are handy. The gym has dumbbells, a cable machine, treadmills (of course), and a spin bike. I’ve stayed here 3 times and looking forward to more!
