Four Points By Sheraton Houston Energy Corridor

Overall I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small issues that could be improved, but nothing that ruined my experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

This hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. My room looked and smelled clean. The bed was comfy. The scented hair and body wash products were great. I found the weight room to be nice and clean as well. I even wandered into the pool area (I like swim!) to check the water temp. Ahhh...it was perfect! All-in-all, the building and amenities were top notch. As for the restaurant, I ate there two evenings. I can't comment on drinks (since I didn't partake in them), but I can say that Tara did a very good job of satisfying me and many others in the bar area with food and drinks. One night, she was the sole person cooking, serving, and bartending. That kept her busy. She thoughtfully served my appetizers and gave me a chance to finish them before delivering my entree. My food was prepared well, and I enjoyed my meal. I appreciate her efforts. She showed a dedicated interest to my satisfaction. I appreciate her, in particular, and the staff as a whole for making my stay enjoyable. Thanks!

Terrible, will never stay here again. My company travels to Houston frequently and stays around this area, so thought we would give this hotel a shot instead of our usual. First thing I see upon entering my room is a dead cockroach on the floor. Went downstairs to let the lady behind the desk know and she offered to spray my room, but then I couldn't go in there for another 2 hours she said. She became rude and annoyed when I asked to get a new room. I let my co-workers, who were on their way to the hotel, know about the cockroach and they said they wanted to cancel because of this. I let the lady behind the desk know this and she became more rude and standoffish, saying that it's too late to cancel and they have to keep the rooms or pay, even if they feel uncomfortable. Same with me. She said since I already checked in, there is nothing I can do and I have to stay there or pay and leave. I left. The staff was very rude, the rooms had cockroaches. I overall felt dirty about the whole experience and will never stay there again. If this is how Marriott operates, I might start to frequent other hospitality groups like Hyatt or Hilton for work and play.

Tara was amazing at the bar and grill. She a one woman team and still gave great hospitality . The fish and chips was amazing, and had it paired up with a cooler heads cocktail that hit the spot. Definitely recommend trying the bar restaurant out if visiting

Great location! Convenient for work travel and the team was very helpful and accommodating. We dealt with some issues unrelated to our stay during our time here and they made sure that our rental car and needs were all looked after. Shout out to both the lovely Ms. Evans and Jimmy T. You both are very much appreciated! Keep up the top notch customer service! It goes a long way!
