The room wasn't bad to be honest. I couldn't sleep because of all the noise in the hallway and above us like they were holding a gymnastics meet in the room. many reviews said they saw cockroaches, which we did not see, only one small ant. two computer chairs for the small island and one recliner (broken). The staff is cordial, wouldn't say friendly so much. I am sure they do the best they can with what they have to work with. The owner probably doesn't invest in the site for improvements. When you see the area the hotel is in with the homeless living in the gutters behind it, you will understand. It is definitely not a gentrified area. Is it worth the price? That is up to what your standards can handle.

It's been a very good experience staying at this hotel. The ladies at the front desk (Sabrina and Martha) are very helpful and courteous. They're really good at accommodating you. The room is nice and comfortable. I like the location too because it has easy access.

Kept seeing roaches in the room. Doors were half painted. Coat hook falling down. No ice bucket or cups. It says breakfast online and at the front desk but they don't offer it but coffee and stale muffin in a wrapper. No room cleaning. We will never stay here again. Front office staff was found asleep in plane sight.

If I could give this place A -0 triangle, Instead of a star, I would! Do not be fooled at the location, do not be fooled by the outside pictures. The entire hotel is infested with bugs and roaches. The rooms are not clean, and staff is not accommodating for the inconveniences. I have stayed at many extended days because I am a former travel nurse, and all of them have been up to part, but this particular hotel has me about to go full investigative, inspector gadget, on any extended STAY hotels in the future! And charging a Pepsi for a dog is crazy, when the rooms already come with free pets! ( Roaches), ( beetles) … And a few insects that you may not be so familiar with! Do not waste your time, do not subject your family to the filth inside of this hotel! Terrible experience, rude staff! Just playing terrible!!! Do not stay, I do not recommend this hotel at all!

DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s disgusting. Nasty, extremely dirty and has bad mildew smell. You can watch the roaches race around the bathtub if you get bored, just turn off light wait 15 minutes then turn back on, there will an entirely new group of German cockroaches. Peeling paint everywhere. Misaligned kitchen cabinetry, dented broken appliances. Kitchen looks like it is out of an abandoned house. Silicon around tub is moldy, dry cracked, and in places completely missing. No dishes in kitchenette at all. No sofa or armchair just two computer desks. the advertised breakfast, it was coffee and oatmeal packets, but probably wouldn’t have eaten anything offered here anyways. If the hotel is this nasty then I must assume the same applies to the people running it, If you cannot keep your “hotel” properly clean then I’m assuming you cannot keep your own person clean. Another customer asked for a bowl for oatmeal and was told to use a coffee cup, very sarcastically, like they are supposed to assume coffee cups are for oatmeal. My mother is receiving care for cancer at Md Anderson, had little choice as we needed a last minute place to stay. This hotel may have actually put her in harms way due to uncleanliness and obvious lack of sanitation. Back gate of parking lot that empties onto surface street locked at ALL times forcing very inconvenient driving by forcing people to use one way expressway, also screams of danger of getting car broken into. Never ever again. It is mind boggling they are allowed to stay open.
