Loved my new doc. She was thorough asked relevant questions and explained things clearly. Very friendly and professional. Office experience was good. I got in and out quickly. The parking situation is another matter. Very hard to find a place to park in the garage, poor signage and a parking fee. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

BEWARE - horrible billing practices. I confirmed the provider is in-network with my insurance after a pcp referral yet Methodist is billing the incorrect TIN with the insurance. This is causing the entire bill to become my responsibility even though it is a mistake by the Methodist billing department. They have not reached out to correct this and the insurance told me its up to Methodist to bill them correctly or I will have to pay the full amount

Doctor is very nice. Explain very detail for me. Send the detail on MyChart clearly. Just a little bit long time for first appointment.

Got 2 appointments scheduled the same day 1 hour apart in 2 different cities. That wasn't caught. The 2 procedures cand be done within days of each other. That wasn't caught. Then I made it from Baytown to Houston barely. Then they couldn't do the procedure because the nasal numbing spray has immatatuon banana flavoring and I'm allergic to bananas. I don't understand how imatation and real bananas are the same but maybe I'm wrong. after not being able to take any acid reflux medication for a week for the test I get told I can't do it too bad. Very unprofessional people. Some were awesome but most were less than helpful and one was totally incompetent. I have little to no faith in this hospital or most of the staff I interacted with. Some of the people were outstanding but most were not.

Dr. Steven Frachman has been very attentive and helpful in resolving problems associated with GI issues that have troubled me for several years. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I am always pleased to recommend him to others.
