Wetzel's Pretzels

Hopefully management reads this.. on 4/8, first, the young girl behind the counter was watching her phone as I stood there for 1 whole minute before she said “hello” when I stood there a little surprised she said “hello” again, I wasn’t even sure if she was talking to me . Anyways, when I walked up initially, I saw one last pizza sticks cup behind the bags (pictured). I didn’t think anything of it until I asked to purchase a cup of the pizza bites and the girl lied to my face and said “we don’t have any.” Surprised, I said “what? I want one of those pizza bites.” Again she said “we don’t have any more pizza bites left.” So when I said, “then what is that?” And walked up and pointed at it, she started to speaking to the other girl in Spanish and I said forget it, just give me the regular pizza pretzel. Which I couldn’t believe cost $8 for something that wasn’t fresh.. and then $3 for a regular bottle of water. Anyways, after I went to walk away, she walked up to the hot container and moved the cup further back and put more bags to cover it!! So idk maybe she was saving it for herself since closing was in 30 mins or what idk but I’ll never buy there again.

I was there with my wife to buy pretzels with mozzarella as she likes. The guy upfront say they don’t haven’t and we ask for something different. As she never taste. After tasting she doesn’t like. They even didn’t look for us, we literally pay $11.32 and live them the box of it. They was speaking Spanish. The service was very nasty. I would never recommend that place. If you went to Katy mills please do not visit that place with so low customers service

this is the perfect example of a good idea with horrible execution. there is no pretzels here. only greasy chewy dough. not only the actual product doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s actually the worst i have ever touched or tasted.

Sold me $3 opened bottle of water for the kid. This makes me question the processes used here and raises so many health questions. Will never buy anything here again.

I was really excited to get a pretzel from this place because I thought it would be so much better than the awful ones at movie theaters that sit there under the warmers forever and ever. I was extremely disappointed. It was worse than movie theater pretzels. My pretzel was very hard and like warm. The cheese was also like warm.
