Weazie's Select Sweets

One of my favorite dessert places in Katy, TX is Sweet Intensity. They create delicious macarons fresh daily, and the texture is spot on. My favorite macaron there is the crème brûlée. Nice place with good prices. We come here quite often, but I just learned they have a savory menu on top of their sweets menu. I ordered Smoked Salmon and it was really good, and fairly priced too!

One of the best carrot cakes I've had in a while (though pricey at $9.99/slice). The cream cheese icing was not too sweet. The flat white I ordered was disappointing, unfortunately. The foam was thick and dense, which is fine for a cappuccino, but a flat white microfoam should be thinner and velvety. My search continues for a proper flat white...

Every time I come here it's so calming! The owner is incredibly sweet and the macarons are delicious. 💗 (I recommend Crème Brûlée!) - The coffee is great too! 🌸✨

This is such a cute little bakery! We ordered the chocolate croissant (eaten before it could be pictured), macarons, iced chai team latte and coconut matcha latte. Everything was delicious!
