We got the halal lemon pepper wet and mango habanero wings. Was pretty good. Except they came cold. Fried were waffle style with spices on top. Id try them again.

I ordered food from this location last night and had two separate pickup orders. Both of them had hair in the food, which I unfortunately didn’t discover until I got home — 40 minutes away. I called the store immediately to explain the situation and my frustration. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, they told me that in order for them to “believe me,” I would need to drive 40 minutes back to the store and show them the food. Who realistically has time to do that after already getting home and discovering their meal is contaminated? The employee told me the manager would call me back in the morning. Of course, that never happened. Instead, I had to call them myself at 2 PM because apparently my complaint wasn’t important enough to follow up on. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was told absolutely nothing could be done unless I brought the food back. Apparently they need the food back, which makes me wonder what exactly they plan to do with it — because the whole response felt extremely dismissive and frankly very suspicious. Between the hair in both orders, the complete lack of accountability, and the terrible customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. I will definitely not be coming back.

It was decent wings. As you can see covered and not tossed. Not better than WS so don’t expect that. Maybe battered fry would be better. But good sweet chili sauce but the lemon pepper was not it.

Came in tonight for a quick dinner. Alexis greeted us & was so welcoming and friendly! She right away asked if we had been before (which we have) but that didn’t stop her from offering up new flavors and letting us sample some flavors! The manager, Eric, was also nearby and he was just as friendly, helping us out with some daiquiri samples. We ended up with wings(spicy garlic was a hit!) shack fries (comes with cheese sauce - yum!) and shack juice daiquiris. They brought out our food very fast - it was fresh and hot. Continually checked on us to make sure we were doing okay and didn’t need anything else. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. Their customer service was honestly the whole reason for the review but there were many great things! Great job guys 😊

Highly upset as I spent over $50 and tipped for these type of boneless wings! Disgusting and a waste of money! Very pissed off I called and was told to bring the food back tomorrow for a refund. Who would keep the food overnight just to bring it back to show proof of horrible food served, horrible management.
