My nieces and I visited Tea Kettle Cafe for the first time during their spring break, and it was such a special experience! I wanted to do something memorable for them, so we got all dressed up and made a reservation for tea time. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, the treats were absolutely yummy, and the service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere made it easy to relax, laugh, and enjoy our time together. It turned into such a beautiful and fun afternoon, and the girls absolutely loved it! Thank you, Tea Kettle Cafe, for helping us create such a sweet memory together. 🫖💕

Wow! What a cute and charming place! We had reservations for high tea. Two of us are gluten free and we were so happy to se they had gf options. They did not disappoint. You are given a good amount of food with your tea. Lots of tea options and we loved all of the teas we tried. I highly recommend checking this place out. I would love to come back when I’m back in town.

I stopped by The Tea Kettle Cafe in Old Town Spring and seriously loved it. The place is adorable and feels super homey. The food was delicious, the tea was really good, and the service was honestly the kind you don’t see much anymore, just genuinely kind people who seem happy you’re there. I walked out feeling great and I’ll definitely be back.

We arrived early and were genuinely excited for our visit. The front desk reception set a great tone—warm, sweet, and welcoming. I had made a reservation in advance and clearly noted that we were celebrating a birthday. Once seated, our anticipation quickly faded. Our server asked us to look over the menu and said she would be right back. She mentioned it was our first time and told us to select our tea from the tea service menu at the table, but then took quite a while to return. When she did, her service felt lackluster—she said the right words, but her demeanor suggested otherwise. She brought the tea, said “enjoy,” and walked away without providing sugar, honey, cream, or even water. I had to get sugar myself and ask another passing waitress for honey and cream. Eventually, she returned with the three-tier food tray, placed it directly in the middle of the table (blocking our view of each other), quickly asked if we needed anything—without pausing for an answer—and walked away again. There was no explanation of the tiers, no guidance on how to enjoy the items, no tea recommendations, and no mention of additional menu options. Throughout the service, she passed by our table multiple times with little to no acknowledgment. Although she occasionally asked if we needed anything, it felt more like a gesture than a genuine offer of service. The special birthday requests I had noted in the reservation were completely overlooked. To add to the disappointment, some dishes were chipped, the teapots were visibly stained inside, and no one asked how we wanted our tea steeped. As a result, our second pot of tea was essentially colored water. Given the price point, this was an extremely disappointing experience and far from the high tea service we expected. They also added 20% for a service charge even though it says that they will charge 20% for a party of 6 or more, insult to injury

We had our friends in from out of town and decided to reserve a table for the valentines tea at The Tea Kettle Cafe. Amazing! Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. It was as authentic a high tea can be without being in England. We had our choice of 4 teas our choices were Gossimer, butterbeer, twinkle and black cherry.. after a bit of our two towers of small bites including egg salad, spinach croquettes, veggie sushi, tomato and goat cheese and so much more. The top tier had chocolate dipped strawberries, cannolis, cherry cookies.. all to die for. Would do this again and would recommend for anyone wanting an awesome experience at this whimsical little place.
