The Rouxpour

Photos with flash on type of restaurant. Truly an ambiance you can relax in. We were sat by their nostalgic Christmas tree and got to observe the quality catering to the guests by the staff here at Rouxpour in Cinco Ranch. The oysters are some of the freshest I've had since moving to this area. I was impressed by the playing of the eggs and the flavors of my entree. It's worth mentioning they have really good seafood.

Outstanding experience! We had the pleasure of being served by Nathalie, who was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was exceptional: full of rich flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. If you choose to dine outside, you’ll be treated to a lovely view that makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting The Rouxpour.

Great place excellent service, delicious food . Ricardo was amazing and the management was stellar . I highly recommend this location, the oysters, desserts , drinks and ask for Ricardo he is a rock star. Run don’t walk great everything this was an easy review 10 out of 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was quite poor. We made a reservation for father's day at 1. The entire party arrived at 1:05, but they didn't have the tables set up. A little weird, but the hostess got things set up relatively quickly. The only seating available was outdoors, but I figured a restaurant in the Houston area with outdoor seating is sure to have fans to cool things down a little. I was wrong, well at least partially. The fans were covered up and not operating. We waited for 20 minutes sitting at the table and not a single greeting so we weren't even able to cool down with cold beverages. A family that was seated at the exact same time close by had received their drinks and still not a single glance in our direction by any of the waitstaff. There were at least 4 waiters that walked by, but they all went by so quickly they didn't even look over when we tried to get their attention. So after 20 minutes of sweating and not being greeted, we just left. We never got a chance to taste any food since we never got a chance to order. Upon leaving the restaurant, again not a single person on the staff said anything. With service this exceptionally bad, I don't see us ever going again. I would avoid this place, especially with so many other restaurants to choose from in the same area.

Indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a dress code. I chose to sit outside. I had the salmon lafitte with the sauce on the side. It was delicious! Friendly service and informative. Already making plans for when I can visit again.
