I had an incredible experience at New Heights Massage with Miriam, supported by Dolly. From the first conversation, I knew the connection would be good—and it absolutely was. Miriam is deeply intuitive, informative, and spiritually grounded. Her work felt energetically cleansing, almost Reiki-like, while still being truly therapeutic. I came in with lower back pain around my L5, and her deep tissue work—especially on my glutes and hips—combined with assisted stretching brought noticeable relief. The pressure was just right, and the session felt both healing and grounding. It honestly reminded me of the bodywork I experienced during a wellness retreat in the Amazon in Peru—very cultural, intuitive, and intentional. She’s currently in a temporary space, which some might underestimate, but don’t. I’ve had massages at luxury spas like the Four Seasons, and I still chose to come here—and I don’t regret it at all. Sometimes bells and whistles matter, but this was about real healing, good energy, and genuine care—and that’s exactly what I received. I referred 2 people within 30 minutes of leaving. Highly recommend. This practice is going to grow and reach great heights of success.

Gladys was my massage therapist - HANDS DOWN THE BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! The pressure was perfect. The technique was highly skilled and effortless. Her routine was flawless and I can’t wait to go back! There are those in your life when you find your person, you never want to go to anyone else. The owner got me in same day, accommodated my preferred time (which was after work hours) and made the experience seamless and unforgettable! I have such an intense, stressful job and when I need a massage I know where to go! Super grateful I found my self care spot!! Thank you - 🙏 - They also do facials which I will be trying on my next appointment - so I look forward to sharing my next experience with yall!

The outside world faded the moment I walked through the entrance door at New Heights Massage Era. Every detail—from soft the spoken welcoming and inviting décor—made me feel comfortable and cared for. AsI was directed to the room where I was going to get my massage, I felt as if I had stepped into a quiet sanctuary, soft lighting, gentle music, and subtle aromas creating an atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The experience itself was deeply relaxing, with skilled hands working away tension and stress, leaving my body lighter and my mind clearer. Time seemed to have slowed down, allowing me to fully unwind and reconnect with myself. By the end, I was not just relaxed—I felt renewed, refreshed, and genuinely amazed at how much better I felt, both physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend this place. Incredible massage! It left me speechless lol. I left feeling so relaxed, recharged, and rejuvenated! The ladies were pleasant and provided absolutely outstanding service for our sister spa day! I found New Heights Massage Era through Groupon, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. I’ve now been three times and every experience has been outstanding. This is not a generic massage this is intentional, skilled bodywork. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and understands how to actually correct tension patterns, not just temporarily relax them. The myofascial therapy, assisted stretching, hot towels, and detailed explanations have helped me understand my own body in a way no other place has. I leave feeling better and smarter about how to maintain it at home. What really sets them apart is the way they treat people. As a mom, I’ve had to cancel same-day twice because my young child was sick. I was met with complete understanding, and at my next appointment she even asked how my child was doing. That level of personal care says everything about how they run their business. Scheduling has always been responsive and professional in my experience. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or like “just another client.” If you want someone who is skilled, educated, accommodating, and genuinely focused on your results and overall wellness book here. I will absolutely continue going back.
