So Ive been coming to this location for close to 20 years and Ive never had such an awful experience with the pharmacy. They need more help or they need more competent help. When I call it takes forever to get anyone to answer. When I go to the drive through there is always just one lane open and a long line. The current drive thru employee is very hard to understand as his english isnt that great. I go inside now and experience a line inside as well. Theirs one pharmacist who I overheard telling the front staff who said people were calling to complain of the line “tell them to call 1-800-Walgreens and complain. This isnt McDonalds.” Here I am complaining. This has been at least 2 months with this staff. It needs help or Ill have to move my families many prescriptions.

Christine, the store manager, has such a nasty attitude. Instead of politely assisting me with my photo order error, she created a hostile interaction. When calling the store to confirm the managers name, she answered and proceeded to go back and worth with me to tell me that I had an attitude. The phone call concluded by her hanging up in my face. Very disappointing!!

Sage took passport photos of my son they turned out perfect she is very kind, friendly and helpful. Yaina was also super friendly, kind and quick. It was very busy when I was in the store and they still had great attitudes and a smile on their face! Thank you for making my night, best customer service!

Love this location. Always can find what I need when I can’t Christine who does inventory will see if she can order it so it comes in the next week. Josh is the go to guy for photos he always is so helpful. The customer service at this store is my favorite.

Had appointment for vaccination. Pharmacy person made mistakes in EVERY step. Asked questions that didn’t apply to the vacs I wanted, asked another person for wrong code number and asked for the wrong billing info. I walked out.
