Teague's BBQ

Thos place is by far probably the worst spot to get Barbecue in Houston. I don't see how they have such good reviews and ratings. The customer service is also the worst I've come across in a long time and it'll be the last hopefully. My favorite food is barbecue and I'm big on presentation and and this place just doesn't understand presentation at all. I wish I could post pics of the mess I received. This was the fire t and the last time id ever come to this place. I hope they get it together or else they can't last putting out food like they gave me

I have to say right off that the fish was fabulous!!! The portion size was great, the fish was fresh and it was battered and fried perfectly. I've had the baked potato loaded with sausage and it was good, too. I'm having more of a taste of their foods later. I'll get back to you with more praise after my event. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Service is great. Thank you, Teague's, for being here.

Based on the rating I thought it was going to be good. The barbecue tasted like it was boiled and barbecue sauce applied. No smoke flavor or pit taste at all. Highly disappointing. I ordered the for the four meat plate with collard greens(ok) and pasta salad (boiled pasta with Italian dressing over it, nothing more).

the food is fantastic I started screaming after the first bite because no one else can seem to do loaded fries correctly, the brisket is so tender and smokey and the bbq sauce is so good and the lady at the front was so sweet, get these people more business yall!

It's a great place to have some barbecue. I got a turkey sandwich and I thought it was great. People were super nice and it was a good ambience. I recommend it highly but I did not have that brisket.
