Slo Roast

There's no atmosphere because theres no restaurant, well there is, BJs however if ordering online you get this virtual restaurant. The ribs are not fall off the bone, the roasted blades of grass, wait mt bad apparently they call it asparagus, I would swear its really shriveled blades of grass coated in oil its sad. Baked potato, I just want to ask whomever deterines the portions of green onions (dry like my roasted grass was literally 12 pieces, the majority of the small plastic cup it was in was parsley, really who manages this place, the people working etc, how does this pass as edible, as food? How do they prepare their own meals cuz if its anything like you're giving me you must be malnourished from starvation due to lack of decent nourishing palatable sustenance. Don't waste your time and definitely not your money here.

Paid a fortune through grubhub due to illness, did not receive my entire order. Grub hub refunded a measly $2.00, and won't adjust my tip which was chosen based on the amount of food I ordered. Getting 2 starts because what I did receive was delicious. It's not difficult to include an entire order.

The food may be tasty, but I wouldn’t know. I ordered from this restaurant through a third-party app, and they accepted the order. The delivery driver drove all the way over there only for them to tell them that they did not have the ingredients for my order. I offered to let them substitute my order but they said that they couldn’t even do that. They said they couldn’t cancel the order on their end either, causing me to have to go through multiple layers of customer support in order to get my money back at all, and I’m worried the delivery driver was left in the lurch anyways. I understand external apps can be tricky, but as a virtual restaurant I would expect them to be better at managing common third-party delivery apps.

I was very surprised when I looked at the reviews after receiving my order. I ordered the Ribeye rare with asparagus and cheddar mashed potatoes. The one small critique I could make was that the potatoes were a little bland for my taste (I tend to prefer higher content salt than most people though). The steak and asparagus were both perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Also was able to order on Uber Eats after 10pm and am a night owl. So it's nice to know I can get a good quality meal delivered later at night. Looking forward to my next order where I plan to try the salmon.

They literally just hustled us out of our 40 dollar payment. We ordered ribs and beef tips. The door washer was kind enough to tell us they only had the side salad. When we went to cancel the order, door dash stated "we can cancel but we cannot issue a refund since they've already started your order". They literally took money out of our account to pay for food they didnt have and we couldnt cancel.
