Everybody has a bad day now and then. This place is rated higher than what the rating I'm giving it. But the waiter kept getting our order wrong, and the food was very unremarkable. One of our guests did not even get his food until after the rest of us were finished..

Their food is always good. This has become my kids goto place. We go this place for every event in ur family and we love it. It is a little pricey, so we tend to go only for special ocassions. At the hibachi table, some of their chefs are really good, while some others just want to get it done. The only shortcoming I see is that their servers dont show up at the table except for taking orders. If your kid accidentally dropped a spoon, you have to go get another one yourself. The service is pretty much meh.

We always go to this location. The last two times we’ve had the absolute worst service. Tonight was the worst. There were only 5 booths with customers. We sit in the booths because there’s too long of a wait for hibachi. And there’s only 2 of us. We were seated close to the wait staff area where there were 3 wait people standing talking to each other. No one came to take our order for at least 15 minutes while they’re literally 6 feet from us just chatting. Finally one wait person asked if we had been served and we said no. They apologized and took our drink order. Another 10 minutes and a different person took our order. Salad and soup were served and my daughter’s sushi, then her fried rice. After 10 more minutes I asked a different waiter to please check on my food. He came back and said yeah it’s coming🤦‍♀️ 15 MINUTES LATER my daughter was done and they bring my order without the fried rice. I ordered vegetables with fried rice. I asked if they could take the vegetables back and bring them when they brought the rice and they said no. They said they were really backed up but it would be out soon. When they brought my rice my veggies were not hot. I was fed up and ate my meal. This is ridiculous. You pay $20-$30 per person for terrible service

Let me preface this by saying I read the reviews on yelp which overall gave a 2.9. Google gives it a 4.0…..trust yelp! Walked in and were told it would be a 45 minute wait for hibachi so we sat in the booths and ordered so it would be grilled in the back instead. The waiter was absolute garbage, between practically throwing our soup and salad at us and then asking if we were done whilst mid bite with our salads this was about as far as we let the experience go. We sat for 45 minutes after getting soup and salad and having it cleared and decided it wasn’t even worth waiting to see what the main course brought so we paid for our drinks soups and salads and left. Don’t waste your time here drive the time you’d have to wait to the vintage location and actually enjoy your dinner

We always visit the Vintage park location but this time visited the 290 one. It was a week night so got seated right away. Service can definitely improve with hiring more attentive staff. Filet mignon turned out salty but otherwise food was decent. Bathroom stalls were very dirty and trash can was over flowing. The fact that it was a slow night, the manager / staff can atleast pay attention on keeping them clean. The chef that prepared our hibachi was very friendly and kept the kids on our table entertained.
