Salata

This is my favorite restaurant in the medical center and the only one I visit regularly. The staff are wonderful, always welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. Build your own salad from several bases and > 50 different toppings. Everything is fresh and the portions generous. A few favorites: combination of fresh herb and balsamic vinaigrette dressings, grilled tofu. The soups are also quite good. Salata is great for gluten free and other dietary restrictions. Everything is clearly labeled.

👍 There is rarely a long line at this location, and when there is, it moves quickly. 👍 The employees are very polite. 👍 Ordering online is very convenient. 🤛 Seating is somewhat limited compared to other Salata locations. 👎 Pick-up orders do not seem to receive the same level of attention as in-person orders. 👎 It is very difficult to get the dressing properly mixed into the salad, like in-person orders, which results in uneven distribution of both the dressing and toppings. This happens even when specifically requested in the online order. Also, it was not remotely busy each time I ordered here. 👎 The portions for toppings can be surprisingly small. Depending on who prepares the order, you may receive very little cheese, only a couple onion pieces, or a sparse amount of lettuce. 🤛 If the salads were mixed thoroughly as requested, the cost-cutting would likely be much less noticeable. Anyways, I do not order meat (premium cost items), so they shouldn't be so stingy with the vegetables.

Salat in the Medical Center is an awesome place to have a delicious, fresh and healthy salad for your meal. They have an awesome group of employees that are very friendly and welcoming. I love the cleanliness and atmosphere of the place. I eat there almost 5 times a week.

I absolutely love salata. Their regular salad and tomato basil soup are the best!!! I always always order my lunch from SALATA!
