The food is good, but the service was excellent! When my buzzer went off, I went to pick up my food from the counter and the guy that gave it to me noticed that I ordered all non pork items. He asked if I wanted to replace the spring roll that came with my bowl because it was pork. The observation was EVERYTHING to me becauae I dont eat pork and if I ate that I would have been physically sick. He substituted it with a vegetable one! AMAZING service!

Foods always been great vibes are amazing. Recently though I’ve had problems with the fries. Bulgogi or the beef curry they always skimp on the sauce! And I mean bad! So I used to ask for extra but now they charge $1.50 for a sample sauce. Recession ain’t that bad! Definitely should get a good amount of sauce if that’s what I want since I’m paying for it.

Roostar is hands down the best Vietnamese spot for me. Their bánh mìs are great, but I always get the salmon rice bowl with a fried egg and a Thai tea — the Thai tea and Thai green tea are insanely good. Super flavorful and sweet (maybe too sweet for some, but perfect for me). The service is always great and the staff is really kind. And seriously, get the plain fries on the side — they’re so crispy and so good. I’ve gone here tons of times, and their jalapeño cilantro sauce in the bowl is amazing every single time.

Guess I haven’t been here in a while and probably won’t be going back. To start with I called in my order and got this person with a high pitched voice and what sounded to be an Asian accent.. only when I show up to pick up the order there was only Hispanic girls working the cash register… secondly.. the last time I ordered these fries they were twice the amount and 2$ cheaper.. I understand a slight price increase but to cut the portion in half.. that’s an entirely different thing.. I only give it a 3 because the flavor is still there and the service was good.. portions is what I had an issue with.. cut the portions in half and charge more.. no thanks..
