Man. Super good. Will def be back. They had these pork butt burnt ends. Amazing. Brisket was very very good and increidble in the black pepper crust... amazing. Sausage was also good. They have their own spicy pickle blend and picked onions which were also good.

The food is just alright. Nothing to write home about. I’ve ate at several BBQ places before and this one is just not memorable. The potato salad is pretty good. Mac and cheese is shells and cheese not the good baked Mac and cheese. I did appreciate having all of the pickles and onions out for use. Tables in the middle are pretty close together making it harder to maneuver around the restaurant easily. You basically have to walk all the way around them to get back to the tables with booths. The owner will likely comment I should have said something in the restaurant about not being satisfied as I see they comment on a lot of post with similar responses, but I believe in providing transparent feedback based on my authentic experience here.

Have heard about Roegels for a while, but never had the opportunity to stop in. That all changed yesterday when I dropped into the Katy location for a Brisket Grilled Cheese which was amazing!! The slaw was good, but needed a little more something. The beans were quite tasty with just the right amount of heat. My son had the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which he only let me have a little, bite sized sample of the bark and meat. Very good stuff! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for a standard plate of Q.

Especially good barbecue in the Katy area. I've been here a few times and have enjoyed it every time. Really good brisket and turkey. Pulled pork wasn't bad. The fried okra was exceptional. The other sides were all also quite good. I look forward to my next visit.

Roegels brisket was among the best I've ever had. The smoked pork belly and pulled pork were equally delicious. Highly recommended.
