My visit today started off rough, I waited 10-15 minutes for the host to say anything at all however Samantha and Cesear turned my visit around! I appreciate the accountability of the manager (Samantha) and the honest conversation as well. Cesear was my server in the bar, very accommodating!! He was kind and served all of his tables (not just mine) with so much attention and care. The food as always is amazing! And so are the drinks. I’m really happy to be leaving a good review because I was so frustrated at the start! Keep up the good work you guys! I’ll be back, and I’m telling all of my friends, family, and clients to pay a visit. Thank you!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chuy’s, and I felt it was necessary to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service we received from Mando. From the moment we sat down, Mando was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He moved with a great sense of urgency without ever making us feel rushed, and he consistently checked in to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it really shows in the level of service he provides. What stood out the most was his ability to read the table and make thoughtful recommendations. One of my guests typically avoids sauces altogether, but Mando confidently suggested the boom boom sauce—and to our surprise, my guest absolutely loved it. That kind of recommendation takes both product knowledge and awareness, and he nailed it. Beyond that, the overall experience felt seamless. Drinks were always refilled, timing between courses was perfect, and every interaction felt genuine and personable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this natural and consistent throughout the entire meal. It had been years since I last visited Chuy’s, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. To be honest, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time, and Mando played a huge role in that. Thank you again for such a great experience, I’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending both Chuy’s and Mando to others.

This was my first time and I ordered take out and it was delicious. The portions are decent and the taste was amazingly delicious. I'm definitely going back.

First time here and food is ok. Queso deep was good but not the chips and salsas. The chile Rellenos was good but the rice was the worts I have ever tried.

Great service by Chris C! Amazing server!! The food was also sooooo good! Hot and fresh!
