Pho Ton Express

My mom and I came here on a whim because she wanted pho, I wanted a banh mi, and we both wanted boba and I’m so glad we did. First off, the service was amazing. The young man who helped us was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. My mom kept changing her mind while ordering, and he handled it so calmly and professionally I think I was more stressed than he was 😅 The food was just as good. The pho was flavorful, the banh mi was delicious, and everything came out fresh. You can really tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. Overall, such a great vibe with really kind people working there. I will definitely be back.

We stopped by because it was close to our hotel and it ended up being a really quick and easy meal. There was no wait at all, which was great, and the food itself was really good—fresh and satisfying, especially when you’re just looking for something fast and convenient. The only downside was the experience at the counter when we were ready to pay. There was a kid sitting behind the counter area while we walked up. We rang the bell twice and even spoke to him, but he completely ignored us and didn’t notify anyone in the back that customers were waiting. It honestly seemed like he might have been a family member rather than an employee, but it was still pretty off-putting to be standing there trying to check out and getting no response. Eventually the cashier came up, ran over, and apologized, which we appreciated. Once someone actually helped us, everything moved quickly. Overall, good food and very fast, but that moment at the counter wasn’t the best first impression.

It was sooooo good! The best pho I've had in this area! The service was amazing and vibe was really nice. 10/10 recommend for a date spot or just a yummy dinner.

It was all very good. This place is very near my house, and I will be definitely coming here again. And older gentleman served me, and he was nice and nothing was messed up, but communication was a little difficult, as his English was just good enough. I don't hold this against him in any way, just to let others know, be prepared to have to repeat or point. The Pho Gau and Vietnamese coffee was excellent.

I ordered on GrubHub and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Best Pho I've had in ages. I've had pho all over the place and this steals the show. The broth is out of this world. I'm so happy to have found Pho Ly and cannot wait to order it again soon. In fact, I almost order it for dinner again that same day. Too bad they close so early!!
