MOD Pizza Review MOD Pizza delivers exactly what I want in a great pizza experience—crispy crust with a nice undercarriage and a satisfying crunch. The ability to customize my pizza just the way I like it is always a win, but what really stood out this time was the service. We walked in on Valentine’s Day and, honestly, we felt loved. The three team members working the line and the cashier greeted us with warmth and treated us like regulars, even though it was a quick-service spot. It caught me off guard—in the best way—because that level of genuine friendliness is rare these days. Fast service, great pizza, and an unexpectedly kind experience. We ate every slice!

Stopped by MOD Pizza today and was a very pleasant experience. All the girls in the front were super sweet and when we ordered a drink were kind enough to get one from the back as they were significantly colder. They greeted us and said goodbye as we left despite busy customers and felt well appreciated. And most importantly the pizza was delicious!

I like this pizza. BUT there toppings likes onions are so little you can go search for them. Tiny stripe of onion. Like one big onion costs less than a dollar. The business is not losing money on onions. Please put onions on the pizza. People order those because they actually like them. Your portion looks like as If someone wants to take a baby bite off a baby onion stripe for the first time ever. Please add more onions. Other than that it’s great !!!

Truly a beautiful place with beautiful art and beautiful people. All the employees were super friendly. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is comfortable. God truly outdid himself making this place. I Am A Pizza lover and this is by far some of the best pizza I have had in my life. I would truly recommend it to anybody. They also have incentives for people that work for them. They have all sorts of benefits and will even help you to open your own mods pizza if you choose to do so. May God continue to bless this place and the people that work in it. Praise and glory to Father God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. I thank you for the great experience I had. I visited this MOD Pizza location on a Sunday evening around 8 PM, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. When I walked in, the employees were mostly playing around, yelling and joking loudly!! It honestly felt more like a school cafeteria than a restaurant. I stood there waiting to be helped for a while, and no one acknowledged me at first. It was frustrating because it didn’t seem particularly busy, just disorganized. Eventually someone did assist me, but the overall atmosphere and lack of attention made the visit disappointing. Maybe I just came at the wrong time, but based on this experience, the service definitely needs improvement.
