La Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe

To start off the girl at the register made me feel like I was bothering her focusing more on cell phone not very friendly what so ever, when I asked for sugar free syrup felt like I asked for the moon and got one little cup. Haven't been here in while now I remember why. Plus coffee was warm not hot and its 8 am. Customer Service sucks.

Overall this was a very interesting experience. The food was great, the bread was delicious, and the deserts were fantastic!

I went and ordered chicken caesar salad and a cup of tomato soup to go. This is the lettuce that was put in the box. I guess you give the old stuff to people who don't see it until they get to their office/home. Terrible!!

Stopped by La Madeleine early this morning and was genuinely grateful they open at 8 — not many places do that reliably. Picked up a baker’s dozen and everything was fresh, clearly just out of the oven. Quality was excellent across the board, and the customer service matched it. Smooth, friendly experience from start to finish. Definitely a solid go-to for an early start.
