Dee-lightful. This was my first time ever having shake shack and I must say it was a good experience. Stuff was great, there's not a lot of interaction with them. They're bringing your food after you order and if you have any other needs after that they will address it. But it's somewhat of a self-serve concept. You go in, place your order on the kiosk, take a table number, have a seat and then they will bring your food. The food was also very tasty as well so overall very satisfied with the experience and the food.

Came to try their burgers since apparently they rival In-n-out. I never like to be rough or mean on reviews because I'm not here to cause problems but I was not very impressed by the food or the experience. The food itself seemed to be fresh, but the taste wasn't really there. It reminded me of a burger you get at a cafeteria. I wasn't impressed by the service because I had placed an order for a burger combo and then they asked if I wanted to upgrade my drink to a shake for fifty cents. And I'm like Ok cool let's do it, so when they asked which shake, I said pistachio. So all is good until I get the total...$27! Then I asked what happened and they said the pistachio shake is extra! Like way more than the fifty cents I was told. So then I went with a regular chocolate shake and it was still more than fifty cents. The cafeteria burger, fries, and a chocolate shake was $23! Not a good value and poor service and communication. They got the order right and the food was fresh, but I think ownership needs to do something about the price and the service. At In-n-out, the same thing would be like $12 and taste better. I'm all for competition and businesses doing better. Take this is positive criticism to make the world a better place. Thanks! I tried the Tiramisu thick shake at Shake Shack, and it was honestly too good. It was rich, creamy, and full of that perfect coffee-chocolate flavor. What made it even better was the tiramisu biscuit inside such a nice surprise and added great texture to the shake. Definitely a must-try if you love dessert-style shakes. Super satisfying and worth it.

Went thru drive thru. Asked worker to repeat my order while at window bc it was hard to hear at speaker. Order was wrong. Instead of adding the burger he forgot, he made a new order and asked me to pull into a pick up spot and he would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked into the store. The burger was sitting next to the drive thru cashier who was supposed to bring it out. He said he was “gonna bring it out.” Manager just stood there watching the entire thing play out. Terrible service. Waste of time. Our food isn’t hot any more. Will not go here again.

Solid burger at Shake Shack. Juicy, sauce was on point, and actually a good size. They forgot my drink at first but fixed it quick. Should’ve gotten the combo with a Fries/shake — next time 😅
