Man this food was so fire!! Ordered a brisket sandwich which came with a side of potato salad. Both were 10/10. I didn't get pickles on my sandwich but the gentlemen put fresh onions on it for me instead. And don't even get me started on the Cajun fries omg they were so bomb. They have shrimp and crawfish tails on them with sauce and cheese. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place. They also have crawfish Mac and cheese (I'm gonna have to try that next time)

Visited yesterday for the first time in search of crawfish. After a failed attempt at a different spot, now driving around I ended up at the Truck Yard where I found this place. Looking at the prices, should’ve told me to leave bc why are you charging $10 per pound when we’re halfway through the szn?? So I only got 2lbs then paid $1 each for corn and potato. The flavor was good but it wasn’t juicy at all. The part that irritated me even more is the price that I paid for the potato, they cut a small potato in half and served that to me for a $1. My first and last time visiting!

We visited this food truck while passing through town. It was located in the "Truck Yard" with other food trucks to choose from. We ordered the crawfish mac n cheese, the brisket sandwich, brisket nachos, and a couple of white claws. The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was flavorful, and the portion sizes were hefty! The atmosphere was laid back on this humid day. We would definitely try their food again!

Visited the Truckyard in East Downtown and this food truck was an option. Wanted to support a black business. Ordered brisket quesadilla and seafood quesadilla. Brisket one was delicious. I wish it had more than a drizzle of sauce on top or a dipping sauce. Seafood one was okay, but too fishy for me, however, my dinner companion enjoyed it. I'd like to try more items

Food truck at Truck yard. Pretty dang good. The brisket melt burger had melted nacho cheese style on it. The macro I with crawfish comes in a pint size. Definitely a good size for an actual meal.
