A beautiful Indian restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive and professional, making the entire experience very pleasant. The food was absolutely excellent—rich in flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish felt authentic and satisfying. Definitely a place worth visiting and coming back to.

Our family tried HotBits tonight and what an AMAZING Indian restaurant it is. The masala chai tea was freshly prepared, the pakodas were the best we have had in any Indian restaurant in Houston and the food was superb. The service was very good and attentive. Justin, our server had amazing attention to detail and made our restaurant experience even more special. He went above and beyond in everything! This is a restaurant that we will definitely come back again and again.

I first want to say the food is always excellent, I have been here 7 times and usually the service is amazing but tonight they fell way short. Which was too bad because I brought out of town family and raved about this place. Right off the bat we were not greeted. I had to go up to the girl (Somty) and ask do I just choose our own table? Also she was incredibly quiet and way too soft spoken to be a waitress. During the meal she never checked in on us once, my son wanted a water refill and never got a chance to ask for one. When we finished up the meal she still never checked on us and instead went to go sit down behind the counter. I walked over to her and asked for to-go boxes. After we packaged our food she never brought the bill, she once again went behind the counter to go sit down. I again had to get up and ask her how she would like us to pay. Not sure if this was her first night being a waitress but it should be her last unless she gets some training.

After my earlier negative experience, the owner reached out to me personally, and I appreciate the effort they took to address the situation. They called to understand what went wrong and worked to correct the issues I faced with my order. Their willingness to listen and make things right shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’m glad they took the initiative, and I hope the improvements continue moving forward. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Takeout order : I purchased the Goat Chops, BBQ Platter, Chicken Biryani, and Chicken Fried Rice, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The Goat Chops were the worst—tough, old, and clearly not fresh. The BBQ Platter was just average at best. The Chicken Biryani was poorly prepared; the masala wasn’t absorbed into the chicken pieces, and the rice was undercooked. The same issue continued with the Chicken Fried Rice—the rice was not cooked properly and made the dish almost inedible. The sauce provided came in a tiny pickle-sized container, barely enough for even a quarter of the meal. For the prices they charge, the portions and quality are far from acceptable. The only item worth buying from this place is the Tandoori, which is consistently good. Everything else is not worth the money.

This place started as Indian street food and now it’s a full service Indian restaurant. It has become our go-to neighborhood Indian food restaurant because the quality of the food is excellent. Our last visit, my husband got tandoori chicken, which loved, and I got chana masala. We also shared some delicious samoas. Everything was quite tasty and had a nice ‘kick’ to it, so there was some spice, but not so much that it interfered with how the food would taste. I would say if you don’t do spice, mention it so they can dial it down for you. Though I’m not a vegetarian, I prefer to eat Indian vegetarian dishes, and their menu provides a big selection of said dishes. You really can’t go wrong here! Check it out.
