Hokkaido Sushi

It's an oldie but a goodie. Food is fresh, the cuts of fish are generous, they have complimentary miso soup and red bean dessert. And it can get pretty busy. You walk in and stand in line to order your food before you find your own seat. Then you grab your Miso soup, and water and wait for the food to come out. Place is clean, service is fast and it never disappoints. It's a staple at this point. If you haven't been, you need to. Plus there are plenty of places in the same lot to visit after to walk off the damage lol.

A friends recommend this place and decided to give it a try. As I heard it's has good sushi for relatively cheap especially fir the quality. The place is self serve. So you have to get your own water, order on a piece of paper, and there's unlimited miso soup. The food came really fast and worker is attentive with picking up finished places and dishes. The place getting packed very quickly especially near dinner time. The place has lots of seating with booth and table seating. It's nice and clean along with no fishy smell. I would definitely recommend and have been back multiple times!

Quick and easy service. You pick your own seating, grab a piece of paper to mark down what you wanna order and take it to the front. Food takes no more than 5-10 minutes to come out. Sushi cuts were very hefty which was amazing ! Very great pricing for sushi. Spent $60 for 2 people and was very full afterwards! Love their scallops here. All the sushi I ordered was amazing!

sushi portion was big enough but the food quality was just mediocre at best. ika geso was very salty and the pork don felt like it was prepared hours ago. the fried skin was all soaking wet.

This place has really good prices for the quality of sushi they serve. I got a roll and some nigiri, and it came out in 5 minutes and was delicious. Fish tasted fresh, and the service was quick. I would like to come back and try some of their other non-sushi items next time too.
